The VOVETI bottle is sleek and modern with a unique shape that will bring chicness to any occasion.  The name VOVETI is inspired by the Latin verb voveo, which means “to vow” or “to promise.” Signifying the vow are 2 orange rings, intertwined. The rings represent the harmonious marriage of classic Italian winemaking and modern luxurious taste.

TASTING NOTES

Crafted from 100% Prosecco (Glera grapes), VOVETI is a dry brut DOC Prosecco with tempered acidity and a fresh, graceful profile. VOVETI delivers a fresh, foamy mousse with honeysuckle on the nose, along with a creamy texture. Marked by fine persistent bubbles, the wine is dry and features flavors of pear, green apple, melon and ripe peach that endure on the palate and invite a second glass.

WINEMAKING

At the Eugenio Collavini Viticoltori winery, located in Friuli’s prestigious Colli Orientali region, full berry clusters are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness. The first fermentation in stainless steel occurs over 10 days at 12°C, with aging on the lees lasting until winter.

The second fermentation takes place over four months in contact with the lees at less than 14°C in stainless steel surge tanks. Periodic swirling “remouage” imparts complexity and the formation of a notably fine and fragrant mousse. Freshness, crisp acidity, delicate balance and finish are the hallmarks of VOVETI Prosecco.
